    Bamyan is sometimes spelled as Bamiyan or Bamian, it is the capital city of Bamyan Province of Afghanistan. Bamiyan was visited by the Chinese Buddhist monks Faxian (400 CE) and Xuanzang (630 CE) in 5th-century-CE. Two largest statues of Budhas were made back then which were decorated with gold and other jewelry ,but they were destroyed by Taliban in 2001. In 2008 a big statue of another Budha was discovered (which was made in about 3rd century) and it was in a bad condition. there are some fine places to visit in Bamiyan and Band-e Amir park is also located in Bamyan city.

4.        Mazar-e-Sharif.

    Mazar-i-Sharif is the fourth-largest city of Afghanistan with a population of about 500,207 people. and It is the capital of Balkh province. The Hazrat Ali  R.A's Mazar also known as The Blue Mosque, located in Mazar-i-Sharif, Afghanistan, is a mosque which Sunni Muslims believe contains the tomb of Hazrat Ali ibn Abi Talib R.A. Sunnis regard Ali R.A as their Fourth Rightly Guided Caliph and they pay tribute to Ali every year. there are some fine places to see in the city.

5.        Balkh.
