    East Midlands is home to many natural Attractions covering a total area of about 15,627 km2,The Region is a Part of England.  The region is home to large quantities of limestone, and the East Midlands Oil Province. Estimted Populatioin in the region is about  4.5 million and is increasing every day. One can visit many historical sites in the region as well as Other Marvelous places like: The Peak District National Park,Bakewell,Matlock Bath and the Heights of Abraham, Tissington Trail, The National Space Centre in Leicester and region has much more to offer.

    This is one of the drier regions of England. The East Midlands covers three most important landscape regions: The highly flat coastal plain of Lincolnshire, the river valley of the Trent, the third largest 'river in England, and the Pennine range of hills in Derbyshire. The second region contains several huge cities like; Nottingham, Leicester and Derby all of which can be traditionally centres primarily based around coal mining and heavy enterprise.

    East Midlands Airport is an international airport in the East Midlands of England.  The airfield became originally constructed as a Royal Air Force station referred to as RAF Castle Donington in 1943, earlier than being redeveloped as a civilian airport in 1965.  It serves the complete East Midlands location of Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire and Derbyshire.
